PCS PHOSPHATE - TANK FARM REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN
QUARTERLY OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE REPORT FOR
THE INJECTION AND WITHDRAWAL WATER WELLS
November 2017 — January 2018
The Tank Farm Remediation System consists of a series of seven- (7) injection water wells located on the
south side of the Tank Farm Area and a series of fourteen (14) withdrawal water wells located on the north
side of the Tank Farm Area.
Injection Water Well System
Daily operational data are collected by the Shipping Department and reported to the Environmental Affairs
Department. The total monthly and quarterly volumes of water injected as well as the month end water level
in the Water Level Control Tank are:
The Injection Water System was shut down on January 15, 2018. This was necessary to allow for repairs
which occurred during the unusual period of subfreezing temperatures experienced in January. The system
remained down on January 31, 2018.

Withdrawal Well System
The withdrawal water well pumps are monitored daily by the area Maintenance Department and preventative
maintenance work is performed as needed. The total monthly and quarterly withdrawal water volumes for
the period are:

during the period.
