this is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area in Bertie County
under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to Barbeque Swamp, Stream Index 25-14-3-2 with
water quality classification C;NSW in the Chowan River Basin.
Existing 54"x 36"x 45' CAPA to be replaced with a 73"x 55"x45'CAPA at 36.190259,-76.893125.
