Injection Water Well System The injection water well system operated with the DPW Water - Anthracite Sand Filter / Ultraviolet Light (ASF/UV) disinfection system throughout the period. On November 2 the #1 Sterilizer sensor was changed to insure accuracy in the intensity reading. On November 5 a new bulb was installed in the #1 Sterilizer as a result of a low intensity alarm. Following the installation the intensity reading approached 100%. The system was down 23 hours 35 minutes beginning at 15:10 on December 7 and resuming operation at 14:45 on December 8 to repair an underground DPW leak. Daily operational data are collected by the Shipping Department and reported to the Environmental Affairs Department.
