Dear Evan: Please find the subject groundwater monitoring report attached. This includes the sampling and reporting requirements of the above referenced permit, Part V, Section B 1 as well as the reporting requirements of the overall Tank Farm Remedial Action Plan. Enclosed are: a) Form GW-59 for injection well CIW7 and monitor well MWTF1CR, b) Form GW-59 for each of the fourteen withdrawal wells, c) piezometer level monitoring field sheet, and d) the summary operational and maintenance report. As discussed with you by phone, we have contacted the vendor that supplied PCS Phosphate with UV treatment equipment and the replacement filters. We are currently evaluating a proposal from this vendor to improve the operation of this equipment. I'll continue to keep you informed on the progress regarding this system.
