Injection Water Well System The injection water well system operated with the DPW Water - Anthracite Sand Filter / Ultraviolet Light (ASF/UV) disinfection system throughout the period. Daily operational data are collected by the Shipping Department and reported to the Environmental Affairs Department. The system was down on 10-25-00 for 3.0 hours to repair the air compressor. The withdrawal water well pumps are monitored daily by the area Maintenance Department and preventative maintenance work is performed as needed. Details of these activities are: Confined Sand Formation Withdrawal Well (SWW) Pumps SWW-1: On 8/14 replaced totalizer. On 8/17 the pump was shaken to start. On 9/1 the pump was replaced. SWW-2: On 8/17 & 8/22 the pump was shaken to start. On 10/11 the pump was replaced. SWW-3: On 9/19 the airline was found plugged this was repaired. On 10/2 the pump was shaken to start. SWW-4: On 10/11 the pump was shaken to start. On 10/13 the counter was replaced. On 10/31 the pump was replaced. SWW-5: On 10/20 the pump was shaken to start. SWW-6: On 10/18 the pump was replaced.
