5. Is there a routine inspection for equipment leaks or

stormwater?
6. Are areas subject to erosion stabilized with grass,
mulch, check dams, or other appropriate sediment
control measures?
7. Is a list of names and telephone numbers of
appropriate responders kept with procedures for
notifying personnel in case of a leak or spill?
8. When areas are hosed down, is that wash water and
waste captured?
9. Are sediment traps installed in storm drains or sewer
systems operating and being maintained properly?
10. Are there timely inspections and maintenance of
stormwater management devices (e.g. cleaning catch
basins and clogged inlets)?
