GW-59 for each of the fourteen withdrawal wells, d) piezometer level monitoring field sheet and e) the
summary operational and maintenance report.

PCS PHOSPHATE - TANK FARM REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN
QUARTERLY OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE REPORT FOR
THE INJECTION AND WITHDRAWAL WATER WELLS
February 2018 — April 2018
The Tank Farm Remediation System consists of a series of seven- (7) injection water wells located on the
south side of the Tank Farm Area and a series of fourteen (14) withdrawal water wells located on the north
side of the Tank Farm Area.
Iniection Water Well System
The injection water well system operated with the DPW Water - Ultraviolet Light Disinfection system during
the period.
The unusually cold weather experienced in January 2018 resulted in damage to the injection water supply
from the DPW system. Extensive repairs were required resulting in the injection water supply remaining
down from January 15, 2018 until March 5, 2018.
Daily operational data are collected by the Shipping Department and reported to the Environmental Affairs
Department. The total monthly and quarterly volumes of water injected as well as the month end water level
in the Water Level Control Tank are:
