Remedial Action Plan. Enclosed are: a) Form GW-59 for injection well CIW7, b) MWTF1-A, MWTF1-B
and MWTF1-CR, c) Form GW-59 for each of the fourteen withdrawal wells d) piezometer level monitoring
field sheet and e) the summary operational and maintenance report.

The Tank Fann Remediation System consists of a series of seven- (7) injection water wells located on the
south side of the Tank Fann Area and a series of fourteen (14) withdrawal water wells located on the north
side of the Tank Farm Area.
Iniection Water Well System
Daily operational data are collected by the Shipping Department and reported to the Environmental Affairs
Department. The total monthly and quarterly volumes of water injected as well as the month end water level
in the Water Level Control Tank are:

The withdrawal water well pumps are monitored daily by the area Maintenance Department and preventative
