A review of that information has determined that the application is not complete. Attached is a letter describing the items that need to be submitted. Please note that none of the comments sent in my first additional information request sent on April 22, 2021 were addressed in the electronic uploads submitted on May 2, 2021. If these comments are not all addressed on both the hardcopy submittals and the electronic submittals, the project will be returned as incomplete in accordance with 15A NCAC 02H .1043(c).
