Subject: Request for Additional Information
Stormwater Permit No. SW6210304
PN87437 SOF Group Headquarters
Cumberland County
Dear Mr. Mayer:
The Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a Stormwater
Management Permit Major Modification Application for the subject project on March 24, 2021.
A review of that information has determined that the application is not complete. The following
information is needed to continue the stormwater review:
Please submit full size plan sheets (minimum size of 22 inches by 34 inches) for only the
sheets related to the post -construction stormwater review [15A NCAC 02H .1042(g)].
For this application, please only submit Sheets V101, V110-114, CG508, CG110-114,
CG750, CG751.
Please note that this comment has been made repeatedly on past applications for similar
projects. The stormwater rules have requirements for minimum sizes and scales as well as
the list of information that must be submitted in 15A NCAC 02H .1042. In the future,
half size sheets and large plan books with extraneous sheets will not be accepted as they
do not meet the rule requirements and recycled in their entirety upon receipt of acceptable
plan sheets.
Please note that this request for additional information is in response to a preliminary review.
The requested information should be received by this Office prior to June 25, 2021, or the
application will be returned as incomplete. The return of a project will necessitate resubmittal
of all required items, including the application fee. Please reference the State assigned project
number SW6210304 on all correspondence.
If you need additional time to submit the information, please submit your request for a time
extension to the Division at the contact below. The request must indicate the date by which you
expect to submit the required information. The Division is allowed 90 days from the receipt of
a completed application to issue the permit.
