A review of that information has determined that the application is not complete. The following information is needed to continue the stormwater review: 1. The drainage areas to each SCM do not correspond with the contours shown on the grading plan. The plan shows diversion berms in some areas, but not in all areas they would be required to convey the entire drainage area to the SCMs. Please revise the drainage areas or show the proposed grading, including any diversion berms, that will channel the runoff to the SCMs. 2. Because the overall density of the site is fairly low, it could potentially be designed as a low density development that would not require structural SCMs. If the grading cannot be shown to convey the runoff from all built -upon area to the SCMs, this is an alternative way to meet the requirements in the Stormwater Management Rules. 3. Provide pdfs of all revisions, 2 hardcopies of revised plan sheets, and 1 hardcopy of other documents. Pdfs must be uploaded using the form at: https:Hedocs.deq.nc.gov/Fonns/SW ProjectSubmittal Please note that this request for additional information is in response to a preliminary review. The requested information should be received by this Office prior to May 30, 2021, or the application will be returned as incomplete. The return of a project will necessitate resubmittal of all required items, including the application fee. Please reference the State assigned project number SW6210303 on all correspondence. If you need additional time to submit the information, please submit your request for a time extension to the Division at the contact below.
