NCG0800000 CERTIFICATE OF COVERAGE No. NCGO81006 71to] 1.1 UN 7M0 a 'Weld NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM In compliance with the provision of North Carolina General Statute 143-21S.1, other lawful standards and regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, City of Charlotte is hereby authorized to discharge stormwater from a facility located at Northeast Equipment Maintenance Facility 5801 General Commerce Drive Charlotte Mecklenburg County to receiving waters designated as Brier Creek, class C, waters in the Catawba River Basin, in accordance with the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Parts 1, 11, II1, and IV of General Permit No. NCGO80000 which can be downloaded by entering "ded,nc;gov/SW-industrial" in the browser window and navigating to the "NPDES Stormwater General Permits" web page. This certificate of coverage shall become effective July 12, 2021. This Certificate of Coverage shall remain in effect for the duration of the General Permit.
