Good afternoon. I still need an update on this facility. I went into the online system today to see if the requested
changes have been made, and they have not. This facility has three (not two) outfalls, and it does not discharge
stormwater from an oil water separator (that discharge goes to the City of Greensboro sanitary sewer system). I also
noticed today that the "Owner Contact Person" information is no longer on the permit summary. That remains to be
Jeff Loudermilk, the COO of Hilco Transport Company. Can you assist me in getting these corrections, or give me a call
to discuss?

Good morning. We oversee the stormwater monitoring and permitting for Hilco Transport. I was looking at the data
for this site this morning on the DEQ site, and only two outfalls are listed. There are three outfalls at this site. These are
as follows:
OF #001— 36.062703N,-79.932887W
OF #002 — 36.0612198N,-79.930973W
OF #003 — 36.062222N,-79.933231W
Can you assist in correcting this in their information?
