Subject: FW: application WI0600047 staff report
John, I am forwarding your message to all the folks that would have possibly been involved. However I doubt we did a
staff report. Sometime ago I informed RCO not to expect staff reports from FRO. We have no staff Hydrogeologist, plus
the CO review of the applicationwill suffice. We will assist in gathering facility/site data, inspections etc. as needed.

Subject: application WI0600047 staff report
Mr. Barnhardt,
I am currently wrapping up a permit application for WI0600047. Our records show that we have received a staff report
for this facility but I am unable to locate it. If it isn't too much trouble, I was hoping you could send me a scanned copy of
the staff report.
Best Regards,
John McCray
