Michael,
The General Permit renewals are a state process and do not require any action from the permittee. However, the Certificate of
Coverage (COC) renewals occur when permittees pay their annual renewal fees. If you are looking for a copy of your COC, the best
thing to do is contact Suzanne McCoy (cc'd) to request a copy of your certificate of coverage. There used to be a page on our website
where you could just fill out the request, but I cannot locate it at the moment.
Also, I have moved to a different division within DEQ and will no longer be your primary stormwater contact. Please direct future
questions to Stan Aiken (also cc'd).
