Unfortunately County is not a record field that we can correct/change. I can revise metadata for the documents in our
repository, but the county entered on the original NOI is what will be associated with the record. We can only update
contact information in the database right now.

Hi. You are correct. After entering the COC number, the modification form autopopulates with most of info. I tried to
correct the county, but the form would not allow me to do so I suggest selecting the multiple reasons choice and then
explain in the additional notes box. Please also upload the E&SC plan approval, so that one can see that the project is in
Wake county I'm copying the staff person who processes modifications, so that she is aware of this mod request and
she may want to add comments. Thx.

Good Morning Paul
We were reviewing the Notice of Intent for a couple of projects and noted an error.
NCC212687 and a Modification added to that NOI list the county as Chatham. The lots are actually in Wake County. We
do not see a way to make a revision to the application. We wanted to clear up the error.
The NOI applies to 5004 & 5024 Winding View Lane, Raleigh (Lot 5 & 2 Bella Terra Subdivision).
