You requested renewal of UIC permit #WI0600047 in a February 8, 2018, email to Mr. Jason
Prosser of NCDOT. In a phone conversation and follow-up email from me on March 20, 2018,
we agreed to submit the permit renewal request "with modifications" to allow NCDOT to use
Beverage Remediation Product (BRP). Groundwater Management Associates, Inc. (GMA)
completed the enclosed UIC permit renewal application on behalf of the North Carolina
