SITE PLAN NOTES
1. ALL PERMANENT GRAVEL ACCESS ROAD RADII ARE 35' UNLESS
OTHERWISE NOTED.
2. PROPOSED TEMPORARY GRAVEL FOR WB-67 DELIVERY ACCESS TO BE
INSTALLED AND REMOVED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CONTRACTOR.
3. THE SOLAR FARM FACILITY SHALL BE SCREENED FROM THE VIEW OF
ADJACENT RESIDENTIALLY USED PROPERTIES WITH EITHER
VEGETATIVE LANDSCAPE BUFFERS PLANTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE ADJOINING INCOMPATIBLE LAND USE SCREENING REQUIREMENTS
OF NASH COUNTY UDO 11-3.3 (B), THE PRESERVATION OF ALREADY
EXISTING VEGETATIVE BUFFERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE USE OF
EXISTING SCREENING REQUIREMENTS OF LIDO 11-3.6, OR OTHER
MEASURES AS APPROVED BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE ALTERNATIVE SCREENING METHODS
REQUIREMENTS OF UDO 11-3.4.
4. PROPOSED ELECTIVE SCREENING - VEGETATIVE BUFFERING WILL BE
PLANTED ALONG PERIMETER AREAS AS INDICATED ON THE PLANS IN
AREAS WHERE EXISTING SCREENING DOES NOT EXIST. PLANTINGS
WILL INCLUDE A ROW OF EVERGREEN TREES. FINAL SPECIES AND
PLANTINGS WILL BE DETERMINED AT TIME OF CONSTRUCTION
DRAWING SUBMITTAL.
5. FENCE WILL BE SIX FEET IN HEIGHT WITH THREE STRING BARBED
WIRE.
6. APPLICANT WILL ABIDE BY ALL BUFFERS AND SETBACKS REQUIRED BY
WETLANDS DELINEATION VERIFICATION FROM US ARMY CORPS OF
ENGINEERS.
7. APPLICANT WILL ABIDE Y ALL APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS OF NASH
COUNTY LIDO SECTION 12-3.3 (TAR-PAMLICO RIVER BASIN OVERLAY
(TPO) DISTRICT REGULATIONS FOR NEW DEVELOPMENT).
