Brent,

You should be getting a letter notifying of our intent to approve the MBI that went out last
week. On the final plans that incorporated narrative /text changes that you sent in an email,
the appendices were left blank. Could you mail complete hard copies of the final mitigation
plan to DWQ -both to the Swannanoa office (Attn: Kevin Barnett) and to Eric Kulz in Raleigh
for their records and review of the 401 application. Their addresses should be on the cc:
list of the letter. I will just replace the hard copy of the appendices that I have from
previous version with the revised plan (the narrative part) assuming nothing has changed with
those appendices? Just trying to make sure everyone has the correct /updated copies of the
plan, thanks.
