running .thence along the northern property line of Temple Baptist
Church,, N. ,88° 44' 41" W. 180.08 feet to an existing •iron pin
situate in the southeast corner formerly of Clayton (Deed Book
209, Page 241); thence along the eastern property line of Clayton,
