NPDES Certificate of Coverage NCG500360 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This
message is to close the permit file for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first
apply for and receive a new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the
only notification you will be sent regarding the CoC rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.

Compliance evaluation inspection conducted by Vanessa Manuel of RRO in 2017 revealed that the
operational process for making concrete pipes was changed from a Vibration Under Pressure
process to a Bidirectional Process, and the facility no longer generated wastewater using the new
process. The production facility used to generate wastewater was demolished in January 2016. This
site visit confirmed that no cooling tower wastewater is generated on site. The facility intends to have
the COC rescinded, a request was submitted to Charles Weaver. RRO recommends that the COC be
rescinded.
