V. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
No current compliance issues noted with BRWA’s DCAR program. The Permittee may need to explore
additional solids storage onsite to allow the sludge lagoons to be down for a shorter period. BRWA currently
contracts US Biosolids to bulk distribute to local fields. BRWA continues to assess the feasibility of bulk
distributing their own sludge to property owned by the Authority.
