The plant was non -compliant for exceeding daily Ammonia limits on 05APR21, 06APR21 and 07APR21 and for the monthly Total Nitrogen limit. This was due to the draw -down of unaerated and unmixed
Nastewater in the 5-Day upset tank. The 05APR21 BOD samples was estimated by the contract laboratoy due to not meeting quality control requirements; Blank = 0.21 mgll, above acceptable limit of a mg/I.
The 05APR21 Nitritewas analyzed outside of hold time. On 06APR21 a grab sample was collected for Ammonia reading 13.4 mg/I and on 07APR21 reading lan = 0. A g/l, a o above
