DOT could probably do this under a non - reporting NWP 3 for maintenance (repair,
rehab, or replacement of previously authorized, currently serviceable structures or
fills) and temporary impacts for the workpad; and non - reporting NWP 13 for the bank
stabilization.
Sorry I didn't call you yesterday. I got hung up with something else here in the
office.
Please call me if you have any questions.
*Also, please check to make sure when submitting electronic applications that the
pcn is signed and dated. There were a couple last week that were missing signatures.
