The plant had 2 daily ammonia and 1 daily fecal exceedances for the month.On 5/3 train 2 had two equipment breakdowns of an air hose and a blower failing.We replaced both the air hose and blower the same day.On 5/25 we had another air hose break on train 1,we replaced the air hose the same day.On 5/25 we cleaned our UV system and the UV system failed due to low water and high temperature.The issue corrected itself when the plant was put back online. The Wilmington regional office was notified of the excursions and corrective actions.
