On May 13, 2013, I inspected the construction work on Old Fanning Bridge Road in Henderson County.
Construction work consisted of grading and pipe installation for the new round about.
Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are being maintained as required and that seeding
and mulching are being performed as needed, to protect State surface waters. Refer to the attached copy of the
inspection report for additional comments regarding the inspection.
