On [Date], The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Energy Services Stormwater Group
received the required documentation for the Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) and/or
drainage devices used onsite. UNC Stormwater Staff also visited the site and inspected the
SCM(s) and drainage system for completeness with the approved plan. As such, the following
items have been provided to the Energy Services Department.
• Reproducible record drawings of the SCM's and Drainage Infrastructure;
• Operations and Maintenance Manual for the SCM(s);
• As -built Calculations for SCM's
• Sealed certification by a licensed North Carolina Professional stating that the structure is
complete and complies fully with approved plans and specifications;
