Skvarla, III Governor Director Secretary May 17, 2013 John and Barbara Hendrickson 1384 Butter Churn Drive Herndon, VA 20170, Subject: 401 Water Quality Certification Inspection Lot #8, Sound View, Albemarle Plantation Subdivision DWQ Project # 2012 -0898 Albemarle Sound [PAS54, 30; SB] Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hendrickson: On May 14, 2013, Anthony Scarbraugh of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) inspected a proposed construction of a residential dwelling at the subject site located at the end of Country Club Drive in the Albemarle Plantation subdivision in Hertford, Perquimans County. This project was inspected for compliance with the General Water Quality Certification (GC) #3900 with Additional Conditions granted on November 6, 2012 for the construction of a residential dwelling at the subject property The GC approved impacts of 0.076 acres of wetlands to complete your project as described in your application received by DWQ on September 27, 2012. The inspection revealed that the project has not yet been completed. As such, you will be rescheduled for an inspection at a later date. This office would like to remind you that you are limited to the impacts proposed in your application and you must comply with all additional conditions regarding completing the certification of completion and compliance with GC #3900. As a reminder, if you change your project you must notify us and you may be required to send us a new application. If the property is sold, the new owner must be given a copy of the Certification and approval letter and is thereby responsible for complying with all conditions. Upon completion of all work approved within the 401 WQC, and any subsequent modifications, the applicant is required to return the enclosed certificate of completion to the 401 Oversight/Express Review Permitting Unit, North Carolina Division of Water Quality, 1650 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699 -1650.
