Brown DWQ Project # 2009 -0649 Pembroke Creek [CHO04, 26 -1 -1; NSW; B] On May 14, 2013, Anthony Scarbraugh of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) inspected proposed improvements to the M.G. Brown Lumber Company at the subject site located at 409 West Queen Street in Edenton, Chowan County. This project was inspected for compliance with the General Water Quality Certification (GC) #3705 deemed issued on July 17, 2009 for the construction of improvements to the M.G. Brown Lumber Company at the subject property The GC approved impacts of 0.10 acres of wetlands to complete your project as described in your application received by DWQ on June 3, 2009. The inspection revealed that the project has not yet been completed. If your 404 or CAMA oermit was not renewed before its expiration date, vour certification is no longer valid and you do not have authorization to proceed with your proposed impacts. However, if you renewed your 404 or CAMA Permit prior to the expiration, your Certification remains valid and you will be rescheduled for an inspection at a later date. This office would like to remind you that you are limited to the impacts proposed in your application and you must comply with all additional conditions regarding completing the certification of completion and compliance with GC #3705. As a reminder, if you change your project you must notify us and you may be required to send us a new application. If the property is sold, the new owner must be given a copy of the Certification and approval letter and is thereby responsible for complying with all conditions.
