This correspondence is in reference to your letter dated April 25, 2013, regarding the Tributary to
Burdens Creek Mitigation Site located in Durham County, North Carolina. The site consists of
261 linear feet of stream relocation to offset impacts for the U -4026B project. A site visit was
conducted by Rob Ridings on April 15, 2013 to confirm success criteria and status ready for
close -out.
By copy of this letter, we are notifying you that no further monitoring of the site will be required
since the success criteria for the site has been met.
