NOTES:
1. ALL HDPE STORM DRAINAGE PIPE SHALL BE
SMOOTH WALL INTERIOR, BELL & SPIGOT WITH SOIL
TIGHT JOINTS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
2. DOWNSPOUTS FROM BUILDING SHALL BE
CONNECTED TO THE ROOF LEADER PIPING AND
EXTENDED INTO BIO—RETENTION CELLS. (SEE
PLUMBING PLANS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION).
3. FLARED END SECTION MATERIAL SHALL MATCH
PIPE MATERIAL.
4. SEE NCDEQ APPROVED EROSION CONTROL PLANS
FOR EROSION CONTROL DETAILS.
5. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE EXACT LOCATION
OF DOWNSPOUTS W/ARCHITECTURAL PLANS.
DOWNSPOUT CONNECTION PIPE TO ROOF LEADERS
SHALL MATCH SIZE OF DOWNSPOUTS.
6. CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL 4" PVC/SCH-40
CLEANOUTS AT EACH BEND ALONG ROOF LEADERS
AND AT EACH DOWNSPOUT LOCATION.
7. ALL CAPPED CLEANOUTS WITHIN BIO—RETENTION
CELLS SHALL BE 4" PVC/SCH-40 WITH REMOVABLE
CAPS FOR INSPECTION.
8. (WTJ) = WATER TIGHT JOINTS. (FES) = FLARED
END SECTION
9. SEE PIPE CHART AND STRUCTURE TABLE ON
SHEET C-301.
10. THERE IS THREE SEPARATE SCM MAINTENANCE
