Good morning,
A payment cannot be submitted online because we have to collect the additional $100 for the stop payment placed that
incurred fees for the State.
However, a $500 payment can be submitted through a wire or an ACH. Attached is the ACH form you need along with
the past due invoices for your reference. Please make sure that you email me the remittance form. Also, include the
permit number in the memo line.

We went into your website and tried to pay using our bank JPM and paid you're the past due balances of
$400.00 Our bank then stopped those payments because we are unauthorized to pay using that method. We can only
pay thru them using a wire transfer or an ACH. After that occurred, myself and my colleague have been on your
website to pay thru a credit card at least 5 times.
There are no invoices to pay by credit card. I know and you know there are. Can you please place them out into the
system so we can pay them promptly.
We have also used the telephone numbers listed on the website and there is no VM or answer.

Good afternoon Mr. Melrose
An email was sent on June 7, 2021 requesting payment for past -due fees for years 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 for
permit NCG030534 plus $100 to cover the returned item fee for each e-check that payment was stopped on. As of
today, no payments have been received.
A check payment of $500 made out to NCDEQ must be received by Tuesday, July 6, 2021 to avoid further compliance
action.
This is the final payment notice.
