The purpose of the site visit was to verify that the facility has addressed the violations noted in the NOV issued for the inspection on January 24, 2020. The Permittee, Bobby Williams, and the ORC, Allen Rhue, were present during the site visit. Maintenance of the irrigation field has improved as well as the documentation of maintenance activities. Lines and sprinkler heads have been repaired or replaced as needed to prevent ponding. Sprinkler heads at the end of some lines have been shut off to allow more pressure so the remaining heads can spray the full radius and to prevent run-off in sloped areas. The crop cover has been restored. The lagoon had a 2 foot, 10 inch freeboard during the site visit. There is a low area on the northeast side of the lagoon berm. This issue will need to be continuously monitored and measures need to be taken to prevent any overflow from occuring.
