This project includes an existing 151,820sf office building and is served by an existing 8"
public sewer main. The existing building which was completed around 1979, the
existing sewer predates the building.
Our project is to relocate the existing public main and convert it to a private sewer
service.
This is part of a multi -phase build out of the site. This initial includes relocation of the
trunk main (zero additional flow). Future phases will be permitted separately at the
time of construction.
The proposed system will include 684LF of 8" gravity sewer.
