Hey David,
Thank you for submitting the La Grange AsBuilt Report. I received the Asbuilt Report on May 6, 2013 and need the
following items to finalized my review:
please send me a signed survey showing the acreages of this mitigation area. the BPDP provided an estimate of
the acreage of buffer and nutrient offset. however, with the AsBuilt Report, I need the exact numbers, provided
by a signed survey, that tells what the acreages are so I know how many credits to release. I have attached an
example to this email.
• please send me the recorded plat that goes with this conservation easement (Plat Cabinet 13, Page 44)
Prior to approval of the AsBuilt Report, I would like to visit the site to compare site conditions with those listed in the
report. I will be in that area on June 4 and would like to stop by this site during the afternoon if it happens to work out.
The site visit should only take 1 hour at most. Please let me know if this works for you.
