Effluent flows, sheet flow, into stormwater ditch that flows to an unnamed tributary of Fourth Creek, Class C waters (Sub basin 03-07-06), in the Yadkin -Pee Dee River Basin. Typical discharge is between 30-40 gallons. Records were well kept and readily available for inspection.
