On June 18, 2021, Roberto Scheller of this Office attempted to contact Mr. Erin Howard to conduct
a compliance inspection at the subject residence. This inspection is conducted once every three
years to ensure compliance with permit requirements and conditions. The subject permit is for
the discharge of treated wastewater to waters of the State. During the file review for the subject
inspection, it was found that ownership of the subject property had changed. Upon your purchase
of the residence at 2750 Morgan Road, you should have been informed of the existence of the
current NPDES Permit and the duty to comply with conditions therein. All paperwork in relation
to the septic tank sand filter, operations and maintenance, sampling, permit and associated fees
should have been forwarded to the new owner.
Please note that during the file review it was also noted that Annual Permit Fees are outstanding
for this permit. It is necessary that you contact the Water Quality Permitting Section to resolve
