The Mooresville Town Board granted a minor varinace to allow 25.1
impervious coverage for a 144 unit apartment complex. The property
lies in the Lake Norman - Catawba River WS-IV protected area.
The project was allowed to be constructed under the low density
option, (i.e. no wet detention was required), at an impervious area
not to exceed 25.1%. The total acreage of this development is
20.88 acres.
