Dear Mrs. Martin,
Enclosed you will find a major variance request form Shoe Enterprises, LLC for
their property located in Mooresville on NC 150. This request received a
unanimous recommendation form the Mooresville Town Board, (Watershed Review
Board), form approval of a major variance. The proposed development consists of
approximately nine (9) acres encompassing a new auto sales and service lot for the
local Ford dealership. The development is proposed in the WS-IV Protected area of
the Lake Norman - Catawba River watershed. Per the state regulations the
submittal includes the following:

2. The hearing notices;
3. The evidence presented;
4. Motions, offers of proof, objections to evidence; and rulings on them;
5. Proposed findings and exceptions
6. The proposed decision, including conditions proposed to be added to the
permit;
If you need further information or clarification, please contact me at your
earliest convenience. As you can imagine, the applicant would like to know as
soon as possible the proposed meeting schedule for the Environmental
Management Commission so it can be scheduled for both the applicant and his
