This request received a unanimous recommendation form the Mooresville Town Board, (Watershed Review Board), form approval of a major variance. The proposed development consists of approximately nine (9) acres encompassing a new auto sales and service lot for the local Ford dealership. The development is proposed in the WS-IV Protected area of the Lake Norman - Catawba River watershed. Per the state regulations the submittal includes the following: .. The variance applicatior 2. The hearing notices; 3. The evidence presented; 4. Motions, offers of proof, objections to evidence; and rulings on them; 5. Proposed findings and exceptions 6. As you can imagine, the applicant would like to know as soon as possible the proposed meeting schedule for the Environmental Management Commission so it can be scheduled for both the applicant and his engineering firm.
