Sandler Utilities at Mill Run, LLC holds permit Nos. WQ0014306 and WQCS00290
allowing for the continued operation of the above referenced wastewater facility and collection
system. The subject treatment system permit is in effect through September 30, 2020 and can be
renewed and reissued. The subject collection system permit is in effect through May 31, 2021
and can also be renewed and reissued. At this time, the referenced property is connected to the
Eagle Creek sewer collection system with wastewater service provided via the Eagle Creek
wastewater treatment and disposal system.
