Each market segment varies in terms of cm population, market potential and competition. This evaluation and subsequent analysis yields an estimate of our potential market share. Based on this analysis we can determine a range of inventory volumes needed to compete effectively. Included in this analysis are the requirements needed in order to provide the quality today's customers demand. cr Each dealer works with an architectural/engineering design of their choosing to develop a site plan for a preliminarily approved site.
