I wanted to give you an update on this matter. The developer of one of the out parcels and his engineer met with the
seller of the property and the president of the homeowners association. The HOA president was totally unaware that the
pipes had been put in and that the storm drainage system.was not functioning properly. It seems that some homeowners
that back up to the drainage ditches and common,space had claimed some additional property in their back yards. The
HOA president asked the engineer for an estimate of'fhe Work'to return the ditches and pipes back to their previous
condition. The HOA will ensure that the repairs are completed. Hopefully this will resolve this issue without the need for
either you or me having to get involved.
