Please be advised that Unimin's Crystal Facility's lab has been certified by the Lab Certification Division and will continue to remain certified. If in the future Unimin decides to pursue initiating direct discharge of effluent to the North Toe River, we will submit another courtesy notification to your office and follow the requirements outlined in the NPDES permit.
