Subject: Geothermal well sampling results

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lammert:
On May 12, 2021, the North Carolina Division of Water Resource (DWR) collected influent and
effluent water samples from your geothermal water supply well system located at 4816
Wedgefield Drive, Wilmington, NC. The samples were submitted to the DWR: Water Sciences
Section Laboratory for analysis of coliform bacteria, total dissolved solids, metals, nitrates and
other inorganic constituents.
Analytical results for the influent and effluent groundwater samples (#AC84285 & #AC84286
respectively) are attached. No exceedances of the respective 15A NCAC 2L .0202 groundwater
standards were observed.
