As discussed in previous phone conversations, the Monitoring Bond says, for "Phase 11" so we need this Asbuilt report to coincide with the project name on the Monitoring Bond. Please revise all text and figures throughout the document to reflect this change. No changes are necessary within the easement. Due to the substantial differences in the phasing of this project compared to the approved Bank Parcel Development Package (BPDP),, please submit a revised "Figure 2" as provided in the BPD,P to reflect the changes to the phases. Section 3.1, 4th paragraph: please revise the last sentence such that it reads that supplemental plantings will be determined according to the list approved in the BPDP rather than the NCEEP guidance,. The only list that shall be used to determine plantings on this site shall be the list in the BPDP. Section 4.0, 3 rd paragraph: please state that the density is, "320 planted trees per acre" Section 5.0: o There are no phosphorous credits offered in this, service area at this time for nutrient offset mitigation. Please revise this section accordingly. o In order to approve the amount of credits proposed in the Asbuilt Report for Phase 11., DWQ will need a signed surveyed map with the acreages shown. The current plat, which is acce:ptable for the con'servation easement itself, does not depict the, acreage of buffer and nlutrient offset mitigation. Please see the attached map, along with its Legend,, signed by a surveyor for the Ezell site aind use thi's as a reference. • Photos: DWQ recommends that mitigation banks take before and after shots of their mitigation area for future references. Please see the attached before & after photo for an example of what DWQ would like to see throughout the monitoring phase. Please take photos of the water conveyances youare restoring (from an angle, where you can see the inside of the channel itself) alon with the feature g 's riparian areas. • Appendix D (Vegetation Data Sheets) — for the monitoring reports, please add a column for ""Common Name"'. Prior to approval of the AsBuilt Report, I would like to visit the site to compare site conditions with those listed in the report. I will be in Wayne County on June 4 visiting another mitigation site and would like to stop by this site during that time as well. I am familiar with this site, so a project manager is not required to assist me for this visit. However, please inform the land owner that I will be stopping by in the afternoon. Please let me know if this works for you.
