Enclosed you will find the resubmitted PCN form, the added swale drawings that illustrate the handling of road runoff and additional resubmitted related materials for the Chandler Hills development located at 7 Lakes West in West End, Moore County, NC. The site had been permitted for impacts in 2008, by the Garners. They submitted and received the original Nationwide Permit No. 29 (Action ID 2003 - 00301) for the property. Due to the economic down turn over the last few years the project was not initiated. The property has now changed ownership; Community One Bank now controls the property. Community One Bank would like to continue with the development of the property using the original design the Garners developed. As the original permit is expired and Community One Bank is the current owner we would like this letter to serve as request for a reissuance. The bank did not change the original design other than illustrating the swales on the roads sides to handle runoff. Please review the materials enclosed for your consideration.
