Good Afternoon,
I wanted to provide a quick update on the status of the Draft Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP)
review and permit renewal process for your MS4. Your MS4 Draft SWMP is queued for review and
comment, with the goal of issuing the permit renewal in 2021 with an effective date of January 1,
2022. Below is a summary of the expected timeline and milestone tasks to get to permit issuance:

MS4 addresses comments and submits Draft Final SWMP

Public Notice of Draft Permit & Draft Final SWMP

DEQ & MS4 address public comments, if any

January 1, 2022
New permit becomes effective
