The City of Statesville submits this letter summarizing the current status of our audit to meet our annual reporting
requirements under permit number NCS000587. Statesville has been notified that the DEQ permit renewal queue for
2021 is full and our MS4 permit renewal is currently scheduled for issuance in 2022. The following represents the status
of the City of Statesville's Audit:
