Site inspection was conducted on June 25, 2021 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. The inspection
was in response to a complaint that the Asheville Regional Office received stating that the project was being cleared and
no measures were in place.
The site is currently in the clearing stage. No grubbing or grading has occurred on the project. The only reccomendation
that DWR has at the time is to consider placing coir log checks in the drainage feature that discharges directly to the
creek to prevent sedimentation to Cedar Creek (Class C;Tr). ~ Station L 11+00-14+00 RT
