PERMIT APPLICATION
CNA Holdings, LLC, 2525
Blacksburg Rd., Grover, N.C.,
has applied for renewal of its
NPDES wastewater permit
(NC0004952) for Celanese
Shelby Facility, Blacksburg
Rd., Grover, Cleveland
County. The facility dis-
charges treated groundwater,
process wastewater, domest-
ic wastewater, and stormwa-
ter to Buffalo Creek in the
Broad River basin. Some
parameters are water quality
limited. This discharge may af-
fect future allocations in this
portion of the Broad River
basin. The location of Outfall
is: Latitude: 35012'17"; Longit-
ude: 81031'16".
